Hard-hitting set Arochi & Lindner is one of the premier enforcement partners in Central and Latin America. It is home to a triumvirate of gold-rated lawyers, of whom Roberto Arochi is perhaps the most celebrated. “He is creative and very effective”, with “a gift for talking – and listening – to clients”. “Whatever the weather, Hedwig (Heidi) Lindner is tough – she is a top professional and dealing with her is always a pleasure.” Some of the best reviews are reserved for María Teresa Eljure: “She studies every case carefully and knows all the precedents, so if you go up against her, you have to dig deeper and be on your guard. But she never lets ego get in the way of negotiations – what she wants is the best solutions for her clients.” Jorge Mier y Concha is hailed by one respondent as “one of the most complete attorneys I have ever seen”. Making his WTR 1000 debut this year, rising star Aldo de Landa is a “tenacious litigator with a deep understanding of the law”.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our clients and colleagues who make our success, and acknowledgements like this, possible.
